Masterplanning of a 54 acre site and construction of 35,500 sqm. of a Retail Warehouse, Motor Showroom, Leisure and Office Development in Drogheda, Ireland.
The Volkswagen showroom was developed as a bespoke design, incorporating elements of the standard VW branding.
The project also included principal infrastructural development, including new public and private roads, drainage and utilities infrastructure on behalf of the Local Authority.
We are the architects for a new Coffee pavilion for Costa Coffee Shop in Manor West Retail Park, Tralee, Ireland. We identified the best site on behalf of the retail park owners by analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the existing retail park.
The building was completed in November 2018.
