Completed in 2009, this is a mixed residential and commercial development in Dublin City. Six commercial units and 132 apartments were constructed including family units with private gardens, internal streets at multiple levels and balconies overlooking the shared internal gardens to allow residents to engage fully with their neighbours. High quality and resilient materials were used, carefully modulated to retain balance and scale throughout the scheme.
This project was completed by Hilary Caulfield Wright as a Director of McClean Architects between 2006 and 2009.
